Matrix users

If you use the TECH SAVIOURS Matrix instance, the Administrator/s does have access to:

The retention period for files is set to:
media_retention:
    local_media_lifetime: 30d
    remote_media_lifetime: 15d

and for messages:
default_policy:
    min_lifetime: 1d
    max_lifetime: 90d

After that, everything will be deleted.
Manual deletion is performed for the large rooms. Usually the first 20 rooms, which include large rooms such as archlinux.
Likewise, all users who have not logged in after one year will be deactivated.
The cleanup is performed randomly. This mainly depends on whether a high storage space usage has been achieved.

By registering, you automatically become a member of two rooms #welcome:techsaviours.org and #news:techsaviours.org. We recommend you to stay at least in the news room to get all the news about the services. You can also follow the news via https://techsaviours.org/news/en (RSS). Or check the status page if something is not working. The welcome room is just a conversation room.

PS: Accounts will simply be deleted if we think you are using them for odd things.
That means: sending porn, spam and so on ... there will be no notice. But you'll know if you can no longer access your account.
